About FlowTux
We're building the support layer engineering teams actually want.
Every growing company runs on a flood of signals — Slack messages, Sentry errors, CI failures, broken laptops. Most of it lands on whoever notices first. FlowTux turns that flood into one queue that triages itself and resolves the routine work, so your team spends its time on the problems only people can solve.
Why we exist
We kept seeing the same thing at fast-moving teams: the support process was "whoever sees the Slack message." Errors got lost, duplicates piled up, and senior engineers burned hours triaging noise instead of building.
The tools meant to fix this were either dumb pipes that moved data without understanding it, or legacy ITSM suites that took weeks to deploy and charged by the seat. Nothing read the signal, understood the code behind it, and actually did something about it.
So we built Tux AI: an engine that ingests every signal, triages it against your real codebase, blocks duplicates, routes what needs a human, and resolves what doesn't — including running safe, audited fixes on devices. One system, internal and external, for every team in the company.
What we believe
Resolve, don’t route
A ticket that just gets forwarded faster is still a ticket. We measure ourselves on what AI closes on its own, not how prettily it hands work to a human.
Specific over generic
Tux AI reads your actual code and history. We would rather point at the exact file that broke than hand you a confident paragraph of nothing.
Earn the action
AI that acts on your systems has to be safe by construction — allow-listed commands, full audit trails, human approval where it matters. No magic, no surprises.
Honest by default
We tell you what is shipped, what is in beta, and what is on the roadmap. No vaporware on the pricing page, no metrics we can’t stand behind.
We're new — that's the point.
No legacy code, no 2015-era interface, no rip-and-replace migration. We ship weekly, we answer our own support, and early teams genuinely shape the roadmap. If you want a vendor that moves at your speed instead of a quarterly release train, that's us.
