What counts toward your ticket quota?

An AI-resolved ticket is any support ticket where Flowtux's AI agent takes an action — running a diagnostic, executing a fix (DNS flush, IP renewal, network restart), or generating a resolution recommendation. Tickets you resolve manually without AI assistance, or tickets auto-closed by a simple rule (e.g. "mark duplicates closed"), do not count toward your quota.
We don't cut off your service. Additional AI-resolved tickets beyond your plan limit are billed at $0.08 per ticket at the end of your billing cycle. For context: at 100 average tickets/month, it would take roughly 3× your normal volume to trigger overages. Most teams never hit this.
Yes. Your dashboard shows a live quota usage bar. You'll receive an email notification at 80% and 100% of your monthly limit so there are never surprises.
