Common questions.
An AI-resolved ticket is any support ticket where Flowtux's AI agent takes an action - running a diagnostic, executing an automatic fix, or generating a resolution recommendation. Tickets you resolve manually without AI assistance, or tickets auto-closed by a simple rule (e.g. "mark duplicates closed"), do not count toward your quota.
We don't cut off your service. Additional AI-resolved tickets beyond your plan limit are billed at $0.08 per ticket at the end of your billing cycle. For context: at 100 average tickets/month, it would take roughly 3× your normal volume to trigger overages. Most teams never hit this.
Yes. You can cancel your plan anytime from billing settings. Your workspace remains active through the end of your paid billing period, and there are no lock-in contracts.
